Form certifying the divorce between Adaline E. Merrill and Frank H. Merrill. It is filled out at two different times; on April 22, the reason for the divorce ("gross, wanton, and cruel neglect") is given and the terms of the divorce, including alimony, are outlined. On December 4, the divorce is finalized.
