Outlines how his heirs, his wife Rachel, son George, and daughters Harriet and Charlotte will divide the estate upon his death. Appoints his wife and friends Augustus Van Cortland and George Baines as executors, who would have the power to remove the children from their mother if they deemed it necessary. States that Hquath, Cuba, Cyman, Jack and Yorick, people enslaved by Roper Dawson would continue to be enslaved by each of his children and wife.
