Countersigned by Connecticut Treasurer John Lawrence. Cosigned by Thomas Seymour. Authorizes payment from the Colony of Connecticut to the select men of New Haven for guns and cartouche boxes, to be used by Captain Eli Levenworth's Company. Docketed August 1775 in Hartford, Connecticut by Isaac Doolittle, a select man. Doolittle confirms receipt of the sum from the Colony of Connecticut. Audited 13 May 1776.
