Published by the Loyal Publication Society. Number 37 in a series. The contents of the pamphlet come form the notes of a member of the Loyal Publication Society. Includes a brief historical introduction to the Peace Conference of February 1861. Also includes a preamble to the Peace Conference Convention submitted by Mr. Tuck of New Hampshire. The Peace Conference,upon the invitation of the state of Virginia, brought delegates from both Union and Confederate states together in an attempt to prevent war.
