Assistant Inspector General Davis forwards Governor of Georgia William Rabun a letter from Andrew Jackson (see GLC00782.11.05) regarding the Chehaw Affair. He also explains his plans for a trip to apprehend Obediah Wright for massacring several Chehaw, a tribe allied with the Americans in the first Seminole War.
