Writes to Nicholas Biddle, the President of the Bank of the United States, and encloses President Andrew Jackson's commissions of four directors of the Bank. The new directors include George M. Dallas, Benjamin W. Richards, Benjamin Bailey, and John S. Donnell. Attached to a backing page that looks as if it was removed from a bound book of some sort. Verso of backer page is printed with "William Henry Harrison, 1841." Dimensions of actual letter are 25 x 20.5 cm.
