Augur, commander of the Department of Washington, Twenty-second Army Corps, writes to General Barnes, commander of the prisoner-of-war camp at Point Lookout, Maryland. Authorizes Barnes to allow a Major from the 28th Regiment, United States Colored Troops, to travel to an unspecified city to attend to business.
