Discusses having met with Beriah Wilkins, the owner and editor of the Washington Post, who wants to be sent to Paris and attached to the U.S. Peace Commission. Wilkins feels he can be of great service to the American people and the Commission. Written on Executive Mansion letterhead with blue typewriter ink. Day was President of the U.S. Peace Commission in Paris and Secretary of State.
