Collection of letters exchanged between Joyce Robinson and Richard DiChristina dated 1969-1970. Consists of 38 letters pertaining to their engagement, DiChristina's enlistment and life for Robinson in the states. DiChristina was a Private E1 in the second platoon Co.A., 6th Bn., 3rd Bat Bde, in basic military training at Fort Dix, New Jersey and then serving in Vietnam as a P.F.C. in the third platoon, Co.A,. 1st Bn 8 Infantry, 4 Division. At the time of the letters, they were each in their early 20s and late teens.
