One letter from Richard Caputo to Congressman Carlos J. Moorhead dated July 16, 1974. Caputo supports the impeachment of President Nixon. He writes, "If you do not see any reasons why Richard M. Nixon should be removed from office, I do not see any reason why you should stay in office...In fact, if you do not deal with this issue and rise above partisan politics, I will personally walk my area to see to it that you are not re-elected. Get with it Carlos."
