One letter from Leonard Eugene Graeff to Susan Prowell Graeff and Raymond James Graeff dated November 18, 1944. Mentions the recent presidential election and politics. He also mentions letters he received from Edna Graeff and June Walter. He sent a photograph of himself to Marguerite Graeff and Edna saw it while visiting and hinted how nice it was. As a result he is going to have some more made and send it out to some more people. He also mentions a newspaper article he read that reported the fear of "Robot Bombs" being aimed at the east coast. He reports that with the four boxes they are sending and two others that Arvilla Good, and June Walter are sending he will have trouble finding somewhere to put them until Christmas. He also outlines everyone that needs to sign off for a late-night pass.

The copyright law of the United States (title 17, United States Code) governs the making of photocopies or other reproductions of copyrighted material. Under certain conditions specified in the law, libraries and archives are authorized to furnish a photocopy or other reproduction. One of these specific conditions is that the photocopy or reproduction is not to be “used for any purpose other than private study, scholarship, or research.” If a user makes a request for, or later uses, a photocopy or reproduction for purposes in excess of “fair use,” that user may be liable for copyright infringement. This institution reserves the right to refuse to accept a copying order if, in its judgment, fulfillment of the order would involve violation of copyright law.
