One letter from Dottie Erickson to Leonard Eugene Graeff dated January 14, 1944. Dottie writes to update Leonard on her life, she comments that she will be turning 19 on the 23rd of January. She is at work again on the middle shift, and mentions that the only time she finds to write is when she is at work. She makes fun of Leonard for his bowling skill and says he needs to work on it. Ray Wolverton was home recently. She didn't get to see him but heard all about it from Terry. She has been working on her income tax but every time she adds it all up she gets different numbers. She comments however that if the numbers she is getting are right "I'm gonna end up in jail."
