One letter from Susan Prowell Graeff and Raymond James Graeff to Leonard Eugene Graeff dated November 30, 1943. Susan apologizes that it took so long to write him but she has been feeling sick all week. She thinks it could be the chest cold she had last year and never fully recovered from. Now that he is settled she will let everyone know his new address. She mentions meeting Dottie Erickson and giving her his address. The place she works is the same place that June Walter works but they don't really know each other. She hopes Leonard enjoys his service school at Great Lakes Naval Training Station. She is glad he is staying there as he could have been sent anywhere. She saw his picture in the Great Lakes Bulletin. She mentions the types of picture frames for the photograph he had taken when he was home. She thinks Fuzzie is in Arizona according to his mother. Leonard received a check and she wants to know what she should do with it. Uncle John is doing better he was up and about recently. Raymond is at work and Susan is going to try to do some ironing while he is gone.
