One letter from Leonard Eugene Graeff to his parents Susan Prowell Graeff and Raymond James Graeff, dated October 9, 1943. Leonard thanks them for the letters he received since he is still on maintenance duty he has time to answer their questions. He mentions that the men have to go to church each Sunday unless they are on watch. He believes the services are Episcopalian even if they are called Protestant. He answers their questions about his clothing and mentions a clothing allowance they get each year. Mentions Russell Winemiller is in good spirits, and Fuzzy thinks he will be out of country by Christmas. Charley Frank is in Maine and Dale Frank is in California.
