A land deed between Aleas Snead and her husband, Nathan Snead, and Nannie Harvey stating that the Sneads are selling a plot of land in Farmville to Nannie Harvey for $1,000. It is signed by Aleas Snead, Nathan Snead, and John A. Lancaster. It is stamped on the reverse by the Clerk's Office of Prince Edward County, Virginia, and signed by Irene Leake. The reverse also has printing of the deed title and the date, as well as a handwritten note of $4.70 in taxes and fees.
