Sylvia discusses the soldiers' vote, says "Congress acting disgracefully as usual-but Roosevelt wonderful as ever-trying to do something to help get it thru-But no go." Tells Moe not to worry, if there's a chance for him to vote; he'll get it. Had a busy day at the office that started with a Bond Rally. Later goes to a psychology course.
