At the Institute’s core is the Gilder Lehrman Collection, one of the great archives in American history. More than 85,000 items cover five hundred years of American history, from Columbus’s 1493 letter describing the New World through the end of the twentieth century.

Written at 8:00 PM at home. Sylvia reacts to the news that Moe will be deployed out of Fort Lewis. He should know that wherever she is; she is forever loving and thinking of him and picking up pins (for good luck). She took David (sister Mad's son) with her and comments on how much fun it is to watch him and see his mind grow.
