Written at 8:10 Pacific Time, on USO stationery. Sylvia says she has found a cabin near Mt. Rainer [Washington State] and Camp Lewis [Washington State] and is staying there. They are able to save on food living there and it is much nicer than a hotel room. They are waiting for the troops to move out soon; and many wives and children have come because of that.
