Telegraph stating he just received Colcock's dispatch and that he leaves at three. See GLC 8165.76-.81. Emmeline Colcock, Hutson's fiancee and William F. Colcock's daughter, died of typhoid fever 8 September 1861. Hutson was a Corporal in the 1st South Carolina Infantry during the Civil War.
