Discusses the case of "The Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company v. the United States, Court of Claims No. 38-52." Burger presents the seven items which he "would like to show by testimony,: and asks Hilldring to indicate the date he will not be in New York so they can fix a "date for the New York hearing" in which he will testify.
