Misspelled title in masthead: "Ctizen." This is a variant issue of the newspaper printed with the last half column re-set by Union soldiers after the occupied Vicksburg on July 4. See the original Confederate printing, GLC 5988.05, and the Union printing (with correct masthead), GLC 5959.20. Wallpaper has blue and brown pastoral family scene.
