"Tribute to the Memory of Rev. James Huckins" memoralizes his death and includes his biography. An article outlines several "Beautiful Passages" from the scriptures. "Yankee Heresy" accuses the Union for abandoning religion and worshipping Lucifer. A didactic article titled "Work for All" preaches the importance of work, especially in times of war.
