Written in Latin on parchment with a fabric ribbon attached. Accompanied by English translation. William Ellery graduated from Harvard College in 1747. A Member of the Continental Congress from 1776 until 1785, Ellery was a signer of the Declaration of Independence. Clap signs as President of Yale College.
