Cites the details of several sums Theophilus owes Daniel Garrard (one of Theophilus's brothers and his father were named Daniel). As surety, Theophilus conveys the right, title, and interest of a tract of land in Clay County, Kentucky, to Daniel (the land is known as "the saltworks tract").
