Bope writes to his sister from Warrington Junction. Complains of fatigue after marching for two months. Refers to Confederate General Robert E. Lee's communications being cut off from Richmond, Virginia. Comments "...that the report about Charlestwon [Charleston] and fort Somtore [Sumter] being taken is not correct..."
