The document states that Jurry Rosman agreed to move to his father Conrad Rosman's farm and set up a household at his own expense. It is also noted that Jurry Rosman is expected to pay a yearly rent to Robert Livingston, Jr., and to deliver unto Conrad Rosman such goods as corn, firewood, wheat, and apples. Jurry Rosman signed with his mark.
