The report of the Commissioners of the Customs, (Wenham and [Panconniere]), detailed by Viscount Cornbury to examine and report on Livingston's accounts for the Excise and Quit Rents of Albany, in which it was determined that all accounts were up to date, and Livingston was indebted to her Majesty Queen Anne for a sum of £55 and 7 shillings for salary recieved while suspended from his position.
