Riggs mentions some financial business and the counting of money at home. He also mentions a rumor that man of wars were sighted moving toward Boston, but does not believe that it is true. Discusses the political situation in America and believes that they will have a new Governor soon, and names Lord Cornbury as a most likely candidate. Docketed on address leaf.
