Robert Livingston's original deed for a tract of land purchased from two Indians and located on the eastern shore of the Hudson River in a region known as Roeloffe Johnsons Kill. In return for this tract of land, Livingston's yearly "Quit Rent" due to his Majesty was twenty shillings. P. 2 contains a certification statement and signature by Lewis A. Scott.
