Writes that she thinks the Yankees have stopped the mail and that is why he has not received her letters. Notes that she believes the Federal Army will soon occupy Richmond and Lynchburg, Virginia. Comments that she does not believe the Yankees will treat them any worse than the Confederates have. If all the soldiers would desert then they would have peace.
