Delaney, C.C. Thayer, J. Ellett, Henry [Sparniak?], R. McRae, R. Hill, Jr., L. J. Levin, H.H. Goodloe and R.H. Tighe. One additional signature is illegible. Created to detect counterfeit bills. Written on Confederate States of America Treasurer's Office stationery.
