An order to seize the property of Joseph Budd of Newark, New Jersey, pursuant to a judgment against him in favor of Charles Gilliam and Joseph Headley. Authorized by Judge Ogden, who had served in the Stamp Act Congress the previous year. A note on the verso indicates what was seized and when the writ was recorded at the secretary's office in Perth Amboy, New Jersey.
