Instructions regarding a proposition to the settlers in Frankfort, Maine for purchasing land and supplying the settlers with warrantee deeds. States if any settlers reject their [likely Henry Knox, Samuel Winslow, Isaac Winslow who are the heirs and representatives of the late Brigadier General Samuel Waldo] proposition they will not be obligated to offer the deal again at a later date.
