Informs Hull, commandant of West Point, that Hull has been appointed to go to Canada to ascertain when the British will withdraw their troops from the western posts. Hull will attempt to acquire information from the Commander of British forces in North America (Frederick Haldimand; refer to GLC02437.03019). Signature has been clipped.
