Instructs the recipient to receive stores from Captain Thomas Seward, an artillery officer in charge of ordnance stores forwarded from Springfield, Massachusetts. Also orders the recipient to issue a receipt. Written at Philipsburgh, New York (present-day Sleepy Hollow).
