Telegram from Colonel John T. Toland to Captain James L. Botsford, the Assistant Adjutant General, informing that he must go to Cincinnati, Ohio tomorrow on leave. States that Lieutenant Colonel Hines will be in command at the post. With autograph endorsement signed in initials by Brigadier General Scammon ordering that Colonel Toland must stay at Fayette for a few more days. On stationary of the U.S. Military Telegraph.
