Telegram from David, the Assistant Superintendent of Military Telegraphs, to Captain Botsford asking if the Camp Piatt office can be closed tomorrow so he can make some necessary changes. With autograph endorsment signed of Brigadier General Scammon of the 23rd Ohio stating it is okay to close for one day. On stationary of the U.S. Military Telegraph.
