Clerical copy with signature of Joseph Warren, as President Pro Tempore, in the secretary's hand. Document refers to "the Recovery and preservation of our undoubted Rights and Liberties." Delineates pay scale of various ranks in the army, says a coat and uniform be given to each solider, also says town must provide blankets and miscellaneous supplies. Bottom of document says "True Coppy of the original." Repairs made where document was folded.
