States "met pursuant to orders for Raising Every twenty fifth man for the Canada Expedition." Contains the names of captains and privates. Mentions Captain Morgan Lewis, whose company of militia marched in response to the 19 April 1775 Lexington Alarm. Possibly pertains to soldiers raised from the York, Maine area.
