Order to fulfill Captain Cornell's request signed by First Deputy Francis Brayton on 28 December 1757. A note on the verso singed by Cornell reads: "Tho. Richardson Please to pay the Contents of the within order." Richardson was the General Treasurer for the Colony of Rhode Island.
