Confederate general Buckner asks Colonel Preston to have some letters of General John Hunt Morgan's wife sent to Confederate President Jefferson Davis to be forwarded to Morgan, who was in a Union prison camp in Ohio. Partial docket on verso; lower half of the page is missing.
