The first entries are recorded at Peekskill; subsequent locations include White Plains, Fishkill, and Continental Village, New York; Stamford, Connecticut; Morristown and Bound Brook, New Jersey, among others. North, possibly a Quartermaster in General George Washington's army, record amounts paid for supplies. Records the purchase of hay, horses, oxen, carts, and horseshoes, among various other items.
