Marked "copy." Includes several letters. The first, to Mr. [Life] Wilson, provides instructions for him to build a saw mill in the St. Georges region of Maine using lumber from Mr. James Waller Head. The second note, to Mr. Head, asks him to provide lumber to Mr. Wilson. The third, to Mr. Dunton, asks Dunton to provide Wilson with supplies. The last, apparently to Mr. Vose, provides a variety of instructions about a canal-building project.

Both Dunton's and Parsons's families are sharing one unfinished house. Parsons is currently out of town, but Dunton begs that when he returns, Knox relocate Parsons to an empty schoolhouse nearby.

" Also states that he already had the curtains and sashes made to fit the specifications of the windows listed in the last plan and suggests a way to adjust the height of the windows so they match.
