Reminds Hobart to send him the name of someone other than D. Lane who might be interested in receiving documents from him of interest to Republicans in Abington, Massachusetts.

Explains that Clay and his friends are against everything the executive proposes; for instance, they oppose Monroe's belief that Congress does not have the authority to appropriate funds for internal improvements.
