One letter from R. K. Case to Congressman Carlos J. Moorhead dated August 5, 1974. Case supports the impeachment of President Nixon and writes, "From your impeachment vote, I must also infer that you consider the attempted use of the IRS, FBI and CIA to further the political goals of the party in power as acceptable standards of conduct. Is this really the precedent you wish to set?"
