Describes the location of a parcel of land in the borough of Wilmington in the County of New Castle, Delaware, that Alice Bennett obtained by indenture land on 22 August 1782. Bennet made improvements upon the land, and when she died intestate the buildings passed onto to Ann, Sarah, and Susanna Bennett.
