Field officers of the 9th Regiment of Foot sent their complaints against the implementation of the Articles of Convention after the Battle of Saratoga. Date inferred from other documents in this collection listing the complaints of other British units around the end of 1777. Place written inferred from the fact that the prisoners of war after Saratoga were sent to Cambridge, Massachusetts.
