Thomas Flucker, who married Hannah Waldo, then purchased Samuel Waldo's two shares of the estate. Discusses in further detail the line of the Waldo estate.

A circa date of 1806-1824 was taken from the death dates of Henry and Lucy Knox; states "late Gen Henry Knox," he died in 1806, Lucy Knox died in 1824. It is possible the note was written at a later date.

Date added later in pencil.
