The attached release says that Charlotte Beyser Bartholdi is the mother of Frederic Auguste Bartholdi, the sculptor of the Statue of Liberty. He used his mother as the model for the statue. The American Museum of Immigration seeks a female descendent of Bartholdi to star in Operation Unity. The date is based on the fundraising operation called Operation Unity by the AMI to fund a museum space.
