The inside of the card features her looking over her shoulder and holding a corset. The text of the card reads, "Hi Sailor! Keeping Warships On Their Keel Uses All The Corset Steel So in patriotic motive sway: I'm Bulging for the U.S.A." Susan writes on the back of the card that she will write him a longer letter the next day, and will give out his new address.
